Having your life disrupted by a fire is something I dont wish on anybody. Its something that really makes you prioritize what is important in life. I was blessed with having a company that actually cared enough about our trauma that they didnt dismiss how sad I was. They worked with us in different phases doing things to teach us all about restoration and having a team working with us made things really simple because communication was really excellent. Their contractors were professional and if anything happened they knew to call Our project manager Brendan, who met with us almost every week and always answered my questions and concerns via phone or text. That is also true for the other people on my team I cant thank her enough for everything she did for our family always giving me choices that helped me make decisions about getting rid of things I really didnt need.
